Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using MaidHire (maidhire.online). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By registering on or using MaidHire, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If using on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
MaidHire is a platform that connects users with domestic service professionals (maids). We facilitate bookings but are not the employer of the maids. The quality and reliability of service is subject to the professional's performance.
Registration requires email verification via OTP sent to your Gmail. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Bookings must be made at least 4 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the booking time may incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to maid unavailability.
Subscription plans are billed monthly. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are at our discretion and evaluated case by case. Unused bookings do not carry over to the next month.
Users must not: harass or abuse maids or staff, request services outside the platform, provide false information, attempt to circumvent payment systems, or use the platform for any illegal activity.
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines, contain defamatory content, or are deemed fraudulent.
Your use of MaidHire is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
MaidHire is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking or subscription in question.
All content on MaidHire (logos, text, design, software) is owned by MaidHire and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Registered users will be notified by email of significant changes.
